Employers may engage in "groups" that are specific to a demographic region or industry. For example, Facebook hosts a number of "help wanted" groups where employers can post their opportunities and candidates can be informed when their favorite companies are hiring. Social media also acts as a communication method as job seekers can interact with employers through the use of comments, direct messaging, follows, shares, tweets, and likes (to name a few!). Social media recruiting is an excellent method of finding top talent.
