Skills Assessment

What are Skills Assessments?

Skills Assessments are evaluations/tests designed to better understand the basic skills an applicant possesses. These assessments may include behavioral tests, cognitive tests, skill tests, or a combination of these.

Why use a Skills Assessment?

Skills assessments can help your organization easily identify the candidates that will best fit the open positions within your organization. Skills assessments can be customized to fit your hiring needs to ensure you find the best talent! Do you need to know how many words-per-minute an applicant can type?
