A Day in the Life of Maintenance Worker
Hotel Maintenance Employees are critical to our awesome daily flow here at our hotel. You will arrive by 7am and plan to greet the front desk staff, gathering any new reports of needs to be completed. You will check with the maintenance supervisor for any deadlines or priority projects they may need your help with. You will be proactive in keeping a sharp eye out for needs or items that could use preventative care. You will have a lunch break and continue working until about 4pm. You will rotate being on call in the evenings or weekends 2 times per month.
Happy demeanor, detail-oriented personality. Have some prior knowledge of basic engine and mechanical repairs and maintenance. Have basic knowledge of drywall, paint, plumbing, carpet, repair & installation. Teachable and great at communicating progress reports.Willingness to troubleshoot. Perform preventative maintenance procedures. Clean and neat appearance, willingness to show excellent customer service to guests.
