A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative

In addition to meeting, greeting, and serving our customers, you will be responsible for clerical work, and administrative tasks. You will use multiple computer and phone systems to organize, follow up, and keep data up-to-date. You will interact with management and other CSR’s, in addition to clients. You will need to assist in daily, weekly, and monthly report generation. You will come to have an excellent knowledge of our company’s services and products, and be able to troubleshoot concerns or questions from customers. You will enjoy being a problem-solver, and a good samaritan. You will honor codes and laws of confidentiality. You will communicate with confidence and humility, willing to assist without arrogance, but with great accuracy.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, some college preferred
  • 1-2 years Customer Service Rep experience
  • Pass a background check, drug and alcohol tests
  • Experience with computer database systems/software
  • Willing to learn
  • Positive and Professional dress and demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills, including excellent reading and writing skills
  • Genuine personality, confident in self, and in office and customer service skills
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a huge plus.
