Indeed Disposition Sync is a feature that improves the quality of applicants sent from Indeed. Indeed Disposition Sync is enabled by default to share the status/disposition data of applications sent from Indeed. Sending disposition data to Indeed can help you get more quality applicants for your jobs.

Is isolved Talent Acquisition Integrated with Disposition Sync?

Yes! As one of Indeed's Priority Partners, isolved Talent Acquisition clients are automatically enrolled in the disposition sync integration.

How does Indeed Disposition Sync work?

When an employer makes a change in their ATS to the status of an application that came from Indeed, the ATS transmits the new status type to Indeed.

Why is this important?

Disposition data is used to improve targeting of job ads and the application experience in order to help candidates who meet the requirements of your job to find and apply for your open positions.
