Recruiters can leverage Talent Scout to refine candidate match criteria with job requirements, quickly see how candidates within their ATS match the criteria and easily identify top applicants. For example, if a recruiter is hiring for a sales manager role, Talent Scout can analyze the job posting and suggest adjustments to attract more qualified candidates.
