1. Change your paradigm -- Start thinking about this as a war for talent. Your company's strengths are your weapons.
2. Do your research -- Find out your competitors' strengths and weaknesses. Discover what employees love and hate about working for your competitors.
3. Identify what you can change -- What's going to cost the least, but have the most impact?
4. Present it to your team -- Be the solution's person. Talk to your management team about how you stack up against competitors and the tools you have that give you a competitive advantage.
5. Talk about your differences in your job ads -- Don't just talk about your differences in the interview. Use your company's strengths to attract job seekers and pull them in to apply.
