What is AI?

AI (Artificial Intelligence) is the theory and development of computer systems to perform tasks that normally require human intelligence, such as visual perception, speech recognition, decision-making, and translation between languages.

AI systems can think and act in a more "human" way by using information from their surroundings and deciding their response based on what they learn or sense.

But rest assured... AI isn't here to steal the jobs of HR professionals. Artificial intelligence is not human. YOU put the human in human resources.
