OI Infusion is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales analytics, experience working with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot), and a proven ability to collaborate on KPI creation and work independently towards defined goals. This role reports to the Head of Business Enablement Spencer Kline.

Responsibilities:
-Utilize Python and SQL to manipulate, analyze, and visualize large datasets
-Support the implementation and maintenance of our CRM HubSpot
-Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales performance leveraging Microsoft Power BI for reporting
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
-Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
-Work closely with sales management to forecast sales performance and set targets
-Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and tools

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree
-3+ years of analytical experience in a sales-focused role
-Proficiency in Python and relational SQL databases
-Prior experience with CRM systems, preferably (but not required) HubSpot
-Prior experience with business intelligence platforms, preferably (but not required) Microsoft Power BI
-Healthcare industry experience preferred but not required
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Ability to collaborate on KPI creation and work independently towards defined goals
-Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
-Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
