Millennium Physician Group is seeking to hire a full-time Certified Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Medical Office team in Crestview, FL. We are looking for a new team member who is positive, energetic, well-organized, has the ability to multi-task, and think outside of the box. We want someone who supports our top initiative of ensuring an excellent patient experience!

You will have the opportunity to work remote but must reside in close proximity to the Crestview area to join the team in office at least one day a week. As a remote Medical Assistant or LPN, you will be responsible for all chart prep and the management of buckets for the Provider. In the Provider buckets, you will be responsible for labelling the labs and imaging before they are reviewed by the Provider, along with other assigned buckets that are expected to be monitored regularly.

Millennium will provide you with training, and will introduce and walk you through our Electronic Health Records systems, referral processes, our Patient Portal, and everything you will need to know to be a successful team member!

Required Knowledge and Experience

• Completed a Medical Assisting Program/Completion of Certification or Registration
• CPR/BLS certification
• All certification received, e.g. CMA, CPR, BLS, etc. must be kept current
