Austin Geriatric Specialists (AGS), an affiliate of Millennium Healthcare is the leading provider of excellent and evidence based geriatric care in the Austin area. AGS is seeking full time Advanced Practice Nurses (NP or CNS). This provider will see patients in homes and assisted livings primarily in North Austin.

Schedule: Monday through Friday. 40 hours/week.

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and skilled nursing staff.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Experience in the clinical management of acute and chronically ill complex geriatric patients.
• Positive and inquisitive attitude.
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Computer skills/EHR experience preferred
• Knowledgeable in coding and billing preferred

License/Training: Texas advanced practice license with prescriptive authority. DEA not required.
