The Global Brand Manager will a strategic marketing leader on the team, helping to deliver innovative strategies and plans to drive demand and loyalty for our game-changing diagnostic products and services across all segments: healthcare, B2B, and consumer. You will develop targeted and broad based campaigns that establish our offerings across prioritized segments and markets in the United States and help expand them globally. The Global Brand Manager will:

  • Lead and deliver the strategic marketing plan for Lucira's portfolio, resulting in breakthrough marketing campaigns and programs that drive category awareness, enhance brand preference, ignite consumer and customer engagement, and grow revenue/profit within the space
  • Author plans with clear objectives/strategies/tactics and KPIs, and drive flawless execution of them, while being nimble, flexible and tracking against real-time pivots and changes
  • Spearhead the on-going monitoring, measurement, and analysis of these programs, seeking to continually optimize our efforts and add fuel to those initiatives that are working exceptionally well
  • Foster and facilitate cross functional collaboration across marketing initiatives, insuring alignment and support with key functions (Sales, Regulatory, Clinical, R&D, and Operations among them)
  • Drive alignment and collaboration across the LUCIRA Marketing organization (including New Products, Digital Marketing, Content Creative, eCommerce, and International) to deliver industry-leading creative and execution
  • Establish a world-class partnership with the Sales team to develop and deliver impactful materials, positioning, and messaging to help drive and amplify Field Sales personal tactics
  • Embody the brand perspective and voice, serving as reviewer of assets and content across platforms and facilitating alignment and approval from all other stakeholders
  • Initiate and lead consumer research to reveal compelling insights that will make a meaningful, positive impact on our planning and go-to-market strategy; championing these insights across the organization
  • Identify potential promotional and equity-building partnerships for the LUCIRA brand, initiating, negotiating, and securing the partnerships as well as managing their execution once secured
  • Support the messaging strategy and integrated communications for existing lines of business as well as for the launch of new products
  • Help to set and effectively manage the marketing budget, ensuring a consistent month to month understanding of commitments and flexibility as we optimize the plan
  • Develop compelling, insightful creative briefs to fuel the creativity of both our internal Content Creative team as well as our agency partners
  • Maintain regular contact and engagement with the Field Sales team to collect feedback and incorporate learnings when appropriate to help improve the delivery of business performance metrics
  • Establish strong link to our International Marketing team to share and provide counsel as they scale successful marketing strategies and messaging across the globe
  • Partner with this developing marketing organization to develop systems and processes to drive the development of winning strategies and exceptional execution in market

  • Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
  • 6-10 years of increasingly responsible marketing management experience in medtech, life sciences, or pharma
  • Strong brand management experience with a demonstrated record of marketing leadership including integrated marketing communications planning and delivery, new product launches, and marketing plan development
  • Experience initiating innovative programs, developing the rationale and business case for the initiative, and crafting the story that secures senior leadership support for it
  • Experience bringing new products to market from conceptualization to launch into a competitive market
  • Extensive experience driving successful partnerships with Sales leadership and a Field Sales organization in support of key initiatives
  • Experience leading meaningful research projects and translating that work into insights that fuel the business
  • Experience leading the content and creative development process and managing external agencies in the same
