DAY IN THE LIFE AS A REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL OPERATIONS
As a Regional Director of Clinical Operations (RDCO) you will provide leadership and oversight to Directors of Nursing at assigned locations. You will ensure quality care is provided to all our residents, and that clinical operations are running efficiently. You will train and educate nursing leaders and work with site and executive leadership to establish standards of care. You teach, mentor, and inspire each member to give their best and continue to develop professionally. You enjoy your job, and your positive attitude filters down to our staff, as well as our patients and their families.
• Licensed as an RN
• Previous experience in a long term care facility
• Previous clinical operations experience
• A love for people, especially the elderly
• A heart for teaching
