Our Onboarding services are considered an integrated product and are in addition to your ApplicantPro ATS account. However, you can easily perform all onboarding activities through the ApplicantPro portal. All required documents are sent to the new hire so they can securely submit the required paperwork even before their first day on the job.
Yes! We have an extensive library of standard forms that you are welcome to use, but we are also happy to add in any of your custom company forms.
Usually, new Onboarding users are up and running within 2 weeks. We'll start by setting you up in our system within 24-48 hours. After that, we work on building and testing all of your forms, which can take 7-10 days, depending on which forms you choose to work with. Once that is complete, you're good to go!
