Rocket Supply has been servicing the Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana market area since 1977 and focuses on indexable tooling, abrasives, cutting tools, welding, and MRO supplies.

Position Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers using phone and email.
• Understand each customer's needs to provide an effective solution
• Develop customer relationships
• Quick response to customers' needs

Requirements:

• Available in the office Monday - Friday 8 - 4:30
• Team orientated and able to work with others
• Proactive communication
• Familiar with Microsoft Office products
• Strong typing skills
• Attention to detail
• Organizational skills
• The ability to multitask
• Enthusiasm, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in an Inside Sales position is a plus.
