We recruit top talent and are currently seeking a Natural Resources Project Manager to join our team in Orlando, Florida.

The desired candidate's responsibilities will include jurisdictional waters delineations, ecological surveys, protected species surveys, regulatory agency coordination, waterway permitting, management of routine to complex natural resources projects, and assisting with business development.


  • B.S. or M.S. degree in an environmental science related field (e.g., ecology, botany, biology, geology, etc.) from an accredited college or university;
  • Minimum of two years of experience as an associate or assistant natural resources project manager;
  • Minimum two years of experience with jurisdictional waters delineations and ecological surveys with a minimum of one year in Florida per US Army Corps (USACE) Atlantic and Gulf Coastal Plain Regional Supplement and Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Chapter 62-340 F.A.C.;
  • Minimum of one year of experience permitting projects through USACE, FDEP, and/or Water Management Districts.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in environmental consulting;
  • Proficiency identifying flora of Florida and experience using dichotomous keys;
  • Ability to write and speak on highly technical matters in English without assistance;
  • Capable and willing to perform field tasks in varying weather and terrain conditions; and,
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple project assignments in order to meet budget requirements and deadlines.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay based on experience. Successful candidate must meet requirements of the company's Fleet Management Program, Substance Policy and Reference check program.
