We are looking for a full-time, Safety & Compliance Coordinator to join our team in La Junta, Colorado. You will assist the Management Team in designing and implementing an overall safety training and education program, promoting a safe work environment. You will assist in developing and maintaining all safety records and reports; communicating and making appropriate recommendations to management for needed work process improvements or corrective actions. You will be an employee of Southeast Colorado Power Association (SECPA) and will also perform your job duties at SECOM, SECPA's broadband subsidiary.

ABOUT COMPANY

SECPA is a member-owned rural electric cooperative that provides electric service to over 10,500 AMI meters at 55MW peak. The 13,000 square mile service territory covers all or parts of 11 southeast Colorado counties with 5700 energized line miles (14.4kV, 24.9kV, 69kV). SECPA is headquartered in La Junta, Colorado with three satellite locations in Eads, Lamar, and Springfield. SECOM, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SECPA, is an internet, phone, and data service provider with over 1400 miles of fiber optic cable line, approximately 1900 fiber and 8000 wireless internet customers, and over 3800 voice lines.
