What We Need

The Director of Research Sales is responsible for identifying, developing, and creating revenue opportunities with Radix prospective and existing clients. In this role, you will be selling a first-mover technology that has referenceable customers and solutions. You would be able to apply a strategic selling approach to new and existing customers and drive incremental revenue by following the Sales Playbook and will target professionals in the multifamily industry and tangential industries that need macroeconomic multifamily data. Our Sales team is highly driven and top-performing. The ideal candidate will help us champion world-class service to our clients.


What You Will Do

  • Own the sales cycle utilizing Radix's proven sales process - from prospecting to discovery to customer agreement to customer advocacy
  • Engage with senior-level personas with a high degree of professionalism, knowledge of how they use data, accuracy, and follow-up
  • Work through a defined list of targets to create interest in Radix Research, using data from the Radix, while using existing network to complement your efforts
  • Qualify targets to ensure they are a good fit to move forward in the demo process
  • Conduct great discovery to uncover and identify pain in prospects' day regarding market and comp data, challenges, and all-around how their markets are trending
  • Collaborate effectively and engage various pre/post sales resources, including Client Success, Support, and other team members

Qualifications to Have

  • Proven sales record of selling software to data buyers
  • 5+ years managing and upselling solutions to data-buying personas
  • Strategic, consultative selling skills
  • Excellent communication skills from discovery to business value alignment to creating happy, successful customers
  • Ability to work independently and utilize Radix resources in a fast-paced, rapid-change environment
  • Competency in forecasting and maintaining healthy pipeline creation and movement
