Title: Tier 2 Technician (Temporary)

Location: Washington, D.C.

Clearance: Public Trust

This is a full-time onsite position to support a special project. The work goes through July 31, 2022.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user laptop, desktop, peripherals, and software in order to deliver required desktop service levels
• Document work and follow established Service Desk ticket management process
• Provide rapid support response in a dynamic environment
• Perform IT equipment relocation
• Work in a cross-functional team to support a hybrid work environment
• Update asset records

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 6 years of experience can be substituted in lieu of degree
• 5+ years of professional IT experience including 2+ years of experience in a management or technical team lead role administering operational computing environments
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent problem solving, quantitative and analytical skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Active Public Trust security clearance

Desired qualifications:

• ITIL Foundation certification
• DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification
