Title: Call Center Representative

Location: Washington, D.C./Remote

Clearance: Public Trust or the ability to obtain Public Trust

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Technology Service Support to the client in Washington, D.C. (remote at present due to COVID-19)
  • Configure and troubleshoot Commercial off the shelf (COTS) Software PCs, MACs, mobile devices: smartphones, tablets, printers, and multifunction devices

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree desired
  • 5 years of experience using BMC Remedy Incident, Change or Knowledge Management
  • 3 years minimum experience supporting:
    • Microsoft Office365 Pro Plus; SharePoint, and Exchange Online
    • Active Directory User & Account Administration
    • IT Call Center environment
    • Microsoft Windows 10 and Office 365 applications
    • Mobile operating systems, i.e. iOS, Android
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with:
    • MAC OS
    • supporting clients using remote access software and remote connectivity (VPN)
    • supporting virtual conferencing solutions
  • Must possess an intermediate to advanced level of knowledge working with various Windows, MAC, IOS, and Android operating systems software, as well as intermediate foundational knowledge of physical, network and application layers, tools such as the TCP/IP protocol commands for resolving reported issues
  • Experience/exposure with Cisco AnyConnect
  • Ability to interact with executive-level customers and management; possess excellent customer service skills and telephone mannerism
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet challenging deadlines
  • Be self-motivated to work under and without supervision
  • Strong business/systems analysis experience working closely with users to resolve problems and capture new business requirements

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Remote SecurID console
  • Experience with Mobile device Management Console (AirWatch, Apple Business Manager)
  • Experience with MS Teams, WebEx, and Zoom applications
  • Industry certifications: MCP Office 365, ITIL
