Performance Expectations:
• Keeps their dressing area clean
• Comes to show prepared with all items needed to do their shift
• Prepares all costumes, accessories needed for the show prior to show time
• Sets up their drums in the appropriate time designated by line captain or manager
• Puts drums in designated place at the end of the night
• Treats customers and co-workers with courtesy and respect
• Completes job duties as assigned by line captains & managers
• Able to accept constructive criticism
• Willing to practice each drumming number to meet to our standards of excellence
• Attends all rehearsals &,meetings called by Entertainment manager
• Respects and cares for drums, equipment and costumes supplied by the company
• Reports any broken or damaged equipment or costumes to the line captain or manager
