If you like to be right in the middle of the decision-making process, the implementation of programs to improve systems and procedures, and actions to strengthen the team, then this position will provide all that and more.
The HR Manager is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, employee relations, training, performance management, policy implementation, and employment law compliance. This position will also act as a resource for ensuring office functions are running efficiently, as well as taking on a variety of special projects as assigned.
This position is one that is currently available, and there will be a very short transition from remote to on-site work as soon as new office space is completed.
