We are looking to hire a career driven individual to join our experienced and professional team as a lay flat water transfer equipment operator. This position is full-time (40 hours a week) plus overtime paid at time and a half. We offer health, dental, vision and life insurance, PTO, and 401K.

We are an ever-growing privately owned company that has been in business for over 8 years employing a diverse workforce and contributing to the community through various charities, social involvement, and an expanding need for talent. Our engineering team designed a spec-built system providing water in volume and quality needed to support the demands of the Bakken. We own and operate in-line heaters for hard-core winter operations and provide above ground storage solutions to complement surface transfer. Our leadership is comprised of accomplished engineers, experienced operations and logistics and business professionals who guide our motivated workforce in the day-to-day needs of water handling. At WDW, safety is held to the highest of standards. In addition to formal training, all new hires participate in a structured and supervised 6-month apprenticeship.
A Day in the Life of a Lay Flat Water Transfer Equipment Operator:
As a lay flat water transfer equipment operator, you can expect 12-hour work shifts, physical labor and working in all types of weather conditions. You will be operating various pieces of equipment including a skid steer, tele-handler, excavator, and loader. Among other duties as assigned, you will operate and monitor diesel and electrical water pumps, monitor and inspect Water System Infrastructure, and drive/pull long trailers. This position requires full completion of safety requirements as well as providing supervisors status updates on field operations.
You might not have previous experience doing the job that is outlined above, and that's okay. At the end of the day, what we are really looking for is an individual who is a fast learner, who works hard, is a team player and can figure out how to solve problems. Everything else can be learned as you go.
- Adhere to the company's safety and health policy

- Deploy and pick up lay flat hose in the field
- Follow directions from immediate supervisor
- Perform the daily maintenance requirements on the equipment
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (Class A preferred)
