Position Overview:

As an Applications Specialist and Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and working with stakeholders to develop solutions that meet their needs. You will be involved in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to testing, deployment, training, and improvement. You will work closely with a variety of teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to ensure that our applications are meeting the needs of our customers and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and users
• Develop and document functional requirements for software development projects
• Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that software solutions meet business requirements
• Perform user acceptance testing and ensure that applications are meeting the needs of our customers
• Develop and deliver training to end-users on new software solutions
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of our applications

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a business analysis or applications specialist role
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies and processes
• Experience with software testing and training end-users on new software solutions
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines
