We are seeking General Labor

We are seeking a team player who is reliable and punctual and willing to commit to our fabrication team having fun while working safe and producing quality efficiently, for our company located in Hartford, Wisconsin

In this role, you will

• Assist team when requested/needed
• Effectively communicate with others about possible production issues, concerns, and needs
• Ensure equipment inspection reports are filled out
• Perform minor/routine maintenance or repairs as needed
• Responsible for some housekeeping duties
• Train on equipment and tasks as requested

Requirements for this position:

• 1-2 years' experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to stand continuously during shift
• Strong Communication skills
• Open to cross training
• Work full time on first shift M-Th 4am-2:30pm
