Job Summary:

The Sales Manager manages their assigned territory to increase market share, meet specific revenue and longterm strategic goals and objectives of the Company. As primary contact for the customer, the Account Manager has the ultimate responsibility for driving sales by managing and growing existing accounts, preparing presentations, proposals and contracts, prospecting new accounts, and coordinating action plans for internal and external entities. This position will work closely with the Operations team, with problem resolution for the customer, to maintain high satisfaction for our services, represent Ethos at seminars, conferences, trade shows and association meetings.

Skills:

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have strong communication skills, the ability to influence others through verbal and written interaction and maintain excellent problem-solving skills. To be successful in this role, you must be able to prospect potential new clients with confidence and think quickly in all situations, including while presenting and negotiating.

Education/Experience:

Sales experience/B2B within the insurance investigative industry would be ideal.

Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience; 3+ years of marketing and proven sales record.

Compensation:

Salary will be commensurate with experience and includes a base salary, plus commission. All full-time employees qualify for medical, dental, vacation days, 401K, etc.

This position requires regular travel by vehicle within assigned territory, with occasional overnight travel.
