Our Technical Services Division works with exciting new platforms, leading hardware, and innovative technologies to produce maintenance and repair documentation tailored to the Aviation/Aerospace and Defense community.

In this role, you will merge your strong aerospace and defense relationships with DTB's unparalleled service offerings; to provide our proven, compliant, high quality Logistics / Product Support and Technical Publications services for your clients.

This position requires a thorough understanding of the development of the following Logistics / Product Support and Technical Publications in support of:

  • Content development for commercial and defense systems.
  • All maintenance levels to support rotary and fixed wing aircraft.
  • New technology, components, and hardware, as well as,
  • Complex airframe and system modifications for aircraft integration.

If you are the ideal candidate for this position, it is essential that you:

  • Possess a solid understanding of the development and lifecycle of commercial and military Logistics/Product Support, and Technical Publications
  • Grasp industry standards and specifications involved within Logistics/Product, and Technical Publications
  • Command an understanding of basic maintenance concepts.
  • Understand the aircraft certification process and how Logistics, Product Support, and/or Technical Publications tie into that process.
  • Are motivated - a self-starter and enthusiastic.
  • Seek to grow our list of clientele.
  • Are connected with key points of contact within industry organizations.
  • Have strong relationships within Aviation/Aerospace Original Equipment Manufacturers and/or Department of Defense decision makers.
  • Are able to work Independent from home with a knack to draw out clients virtually or on the road.
  • Are skilled at servicing clients and making introductions to stakeholders and project teams.
  • Advocate and communicate proficiently with our client and you plan ahead for client needs.
  • Apply critical thinking skills, are proactive and a clear communicator, as well as a collaborative teammate.
  • Are capable of navigating our clients through contract requirements and summarizing those requirements - particularly when they are vague or unclear.
  • Must have past experience selling services, NOT product.
  • Have been accustomed to meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.

  • Have experience with Salesforce or CRM - this is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
