The Driver Provider is a 25-year old, executive transportation company with offices in Phoenix AZ, Tucson AZ, Salt Lake City UT and Jackson WY. We are looking for qualified CDL drivers to work full-time, part-time or on-call.

Position Requirements

• Be at least 23 years of age for insurance purposes
• Have, or obtain, a current DOT medical card issued by a registered medical examiner
• Pre-employment and random drug screens
• CDL Class A, B or C with a Passenger endorsement
• Must be able to perform all services requested by the group - baggage, handling, loading, unloading, etc.
• Capable of performing a proper Pre-trip and Post-trip vehicle inspection in accordance with DOT FMCSA
• Must not have any major accidents, reckless driving violations, or DUI convictions within the past three (3) years

• Cooperate with the customer group leaders
• Excellent communications with dispatch
• Be in proper uniform at all times
• Report any incidents or accidents immediately per company policy
