Director of Social Services at Crest View Lutheran Home is responsible for Social Services for a 122-bed SNF. In addition to a resident case load consisting of long-term care residents, the Social Services Assistant will do any task that is delegated to them by the Director.

Requirements:

• Current LSW in the state of Minnesota
• Ability to communicate well with families and staff

SIGN ON BONUS paid out as followe:

• $1,000 after 1 month of employment
• $2,000 after 3 months of employment
• $2,000 after 6 months of employment
