JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Mow and edge grounds using power mowers and edger.
• Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, saws, hedge or brush trimmers;
• Remove weeds from bedding areas;
• Water lawns, trees, and plants using portable sprinkler system, watering hose, or watering cans;
• Gather and remove litter and landscape debris;
• Ensure landscape maintenance is completed per the job specifications;
• Demonstrate proper use of landscape equipment;
• Perform minor equipment repairs (where applicable);
• Demonstrate courteous and professional customer service skills;
• Communicate clearly and effectively with crew members and supervisor;

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work in all types of outdoor weather conditions.
• H.S. Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of prior landscape maintenance experience required.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
