As a Ready Mix Customer Service Representative you will receive and document all incoming concrete orders from customers in the Toronto region in an efficient manner while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Exchanges and shares routine information with many internal and external contacts including Customers and Plant Personnel
  • Receives and documents all incoming concrete orders from customers, enters order changes, as necessary
  • Enters customer information and transfers concrete orders to Plant Personnel via computer and in hard copy form.
  • Receives customer complaints
  • Maintains customer satisfaction
  • Provides on-going communication with Customers
  • Complies with and implements the Quality System Procedures.
  • Communicates with various departments on job status
  • Provides information to customers regarding mix designs for a variety of applications, value added products and general inquiries.

Experience and Qualifications:

College/University education in Business or Technical Engineering; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient with computers, as well as excellent communications skills.
