BG the leader in Integrated Facility Services (IFS) currently expanding our Facilities Services Sales Team.
This position will grow the Facility Services business through the generation of new, multi-year service agreements that incorporate staffing, energy services, and our traditional HVAC & Electrical Assured Service Programs. This will be done by prospecting and qualifying target customers, gathering information, and leading a team to determine the scope of work, review financial data, and create a financial model that indicates to the Customer the cost-effectiveness of this approach.
Our ideal candidate will have experience with business to business sales and providing businesses with cost-saving solutions.
This is an outside sales position.
- Cold calling
- Create a need with customers
- Prospecting target customers that can provide an opportunity to sell a Facility Services Agreement (FSA). Typically, these will be the CEO, CFO, or COO of companies with over 250,000 square feet of space.
- Qualifying target customers to determine if our approach to doing business and the timing for doing business fit with their corporate culture and business situation.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not necessary.
- 5 plus years' experience in business to business solution sales
- Self-motivated and dedicated to creating your own success
- Must possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Highly creative, passionate, and driven with a proven track record of developing strong customer relationships
