Machine and manufacture parts to meet specification and the fixtures required for manufacturing of parts and products
Review, analyze, and follow various blueprints, diagrams, drawings, procedures, and instructions
Perform math problems including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, geometry, and trigonometry
Conduct quality assurance checks to confirm that machined items meet specifications and quality standards
Ensure that equipment is operational by handling preventative maintenance, performing regular quality checks, and calling for repairs when necessary
Strictly follow all job safety requirements and procedures which include machine guarding, forklift truck and hoist operation and housekeeping requirements
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Minimum 2 years of CNC Machining Experience
Minimum 2 years of machine shop experience (maintenance and service)
Ability to run conventional equipment: such as milling machines, lathes and bandsaw.
Ability to Read and decipher blueprints, hand-drawn sketches and verbal instructions.
Familiarity with programming and interpreting CNC software.
Ability to understand G-code.
