This position is responsible for the following: Receiving customer phone calls when sales representatives are out of the office; providing quotes, entering orders, assisting with warranties, and entering into the relevant system(s) pertinent notes, instructions, changes, etc.
CORE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our various products

Quote our products
-
Enter orders
-
Address warranty issues
-
Create and move accounts in SalesLogix and ASIS (AS proprietary order system)

Process returned goods paperwork (RGAs)

Provide general customer service to internal and external customers

Generate a late order report 3 times per week

Back-up receptionist and/or filing
-
Other duties as assigned (including sales for select customer service reps)
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 2 years B2B Customer Service

High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)

Ability to handle conflict in a professional manner and make a good impression

Speak well on the phone, and work at your desk for hours at a time
