Customer Assistance, Tier 1

As a full-time Work from Home Bilingual Customer Assistance Representative in our Tier 1 Group, you'll represent one of the world's best-loved brands as the trusted Canadian voice of a major automotive manufacturer. You'll provide exceptional customer service to vehicle owners with concerns about almost everything, including warranty coverage, repair issues, dealership concerns and vehicle features, escalating complex cases to the Tier 2 Group for more specialized support. When you listen calmly and patiently, respond with helpful solutions and accurate information, and take every complaint seriously, you'll reduce their stress level and improve their day.

What You Bring!

  • You currently reside in Canada
  • High School graduates or equivalent
  • Must have at least six (6) months of working experience in the customer service field
  • Knowledge of MS Office 365, MS TEAMS and a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Must have a good command of English and spoken French
  • You'll need to be able to work varying shifts from Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 18:00 EST.
  • Problem-Solving, Empathy, Adaptability and Reliability
