We are accepting applications in our center for Call Center Agents. We answer incoming phone calls for our and our desire is to provide a 'Best in Class' customer experience, and this starts with you!
We professionally greet callers, provide and document required information, transfer incoming calls, and take messages as necessary. We also dispatch and route critical messages to on-call personnel by prioritizing emergency calls, paging individuals to inform of emergencies and utilizing call center tools to ensure the right person receives the right message at the right time.
We are immediately hiring for In Office positions.
Compensation: $16.00 an hour
Shift Offered: Part Time
- Training lasts approximately one week. You will have a set schedule assigned by the end of your training week.
We provide INBOUND customer support. We are NOT an INBOUND or OUTBOUND telemarketing center.
Our jobs require people that are very detail oriented. We handle calls for a large number of accounts and so there is always a lot of activity and new challenges to face and resolve daily!
You must be available to work every Saturday OR a Sunday.
- A friendly and upbeat voice and a positive attitude
- Good grammar and spelling as well as a professional demeanor
- Computer skills in a Windows-based environment
- Punctual with great attendance
- Fast learner and be able to type well (at least 35 words per minute)
