We are seeking a mission-driven professional with a Secret Clearance, Security + Certificate and 1 year of experience as a Help Desk Support Specialist for the federal government to become our next Help Desk Support Specialist, Tier I in Rome, NY.

As a Help Desk Support Specialist, Tier I you will:

A week in the life of a Help Desk Support Specialist, Tier I:

  • Use software systems engineering and applications skillsets to execute resolutions for service restoral to include "root cause" analysis reporting.
  • Utilize knowledge of PC, servers, Microsoft applications, and associated hardware to simulate and recreate user problems and providing the ability to handle all Tier One issues.

Job Requirements

  • Secret security clearance required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Help Desk Specialist
  • High School Diploma Required
  • Security+ certification or equivalent required
