Oneida Technical Solutions, LLC (OTS) has a rich history of providing IT support and associated services in highly complex, highly regulated, highly secure environments, including the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), law enforcement, health care, retail, and the casino gaming industry. OTS is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oneida Nation Enterprises and is the parent company of Croop-LaFrance (CLF), an experienced federal contracting firm.
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Developer to also serve as our Program Manager overseeing a team of 18-22 (DBA, Systems, DevOps, etc) on a long-term contract opportunity at Hill Air Force Base near Salt Lake City, UT. **This position is contingent upon successful contract award and negotiation and has an anticipated start in September 2021.
If selected, you will head up our development team. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of new software systems and may also be required to update existing software and conduct feasibility studies on client systems. While this role will be managerial in nature, you will also be expected to code applications, create reports, and mentor junior developers. To ensure success as a senior software developer, you should have high-level managerial skills, in-depth knowledge of programming languages, and outstanding project management skills. Thorough knowledge of agile development is required.
Position requirements include:
Secret Clearance at start of the contract
IASAE II Certification (CASP+ CE, CISSP or Associate or CSSLP) required at the start of the contract
3-5 years of EMC2 Development experience
Must be able to pass a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
