As Senior Manager, Marketing, you will be responsible for defining marketing strategies across all outbound channels including both brand campaigns (targeting, messaging, impact) and growth strategies (digital, channel partner, sales conversion) aligned to our corporate identity. You will accomplish this by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, promoting the most promising ideas, and building consensus while actively leading execution of an integrated marketing plan. This critical role requires that you possess a balance of curiosity and creativity with an eye for detail, including a desire to measure results and deliver excellence in all work products.

It is an exciting time to join DENTALEZ in a high impact role. This position reports to the Senior Director of Marketing with a strong focus on the US market; the position will have up to 3 direct reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Experience in creating, managing, and executing an integrated market plan

Ability to quickly assess marketing effectiveness (KPIs) and building consensus exploring new tactics to accelerate progress

Take ownership of all downstream work products; from concept development through execution, which may include copywriting/proofing, managing external agencies and internal approvals

Experience in leading new product and directing refresh campaigns with upstream marketing team members

Experience working in an indirect sales channel with vendor and dealer partners

Lead planning and oversee execution of trade and industry events in consultation with field sales

Ability to motivate and develop a small team

Education and/or Experience:

Degree in Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus

5+ years relevant experience in the medical device or healthcare industry

Downstream marketing or marketing communications experience a plus

Strong organization and project management skills

Ability and willingness to travel as required
