We are looking for Extrusion Die Designers who possess the maturity, passion, and energy to collaborate with others on the team. We need someone who can see beyond what is presented and design something that helps our customers increase their competitive advantage by enabling them to produce extrusions with complex profiles at maximum efficiency.
As an Extrusion Die Designer, your primary responsibility will be to manage the die design process beginning with the customer part print to a fully reviewed design.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive part prints from customers using Outlook email.
- Draft/draw from the part print into Auto Cad design software.
- Communicate professionally between customers.
- Work closely with global design team.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software
- Ability to read and comprehend engineering drawings.
- Strong work ethic with desire to work in tool and die environment.
- Mechanical background preferred.
