Position Responsibilities

-Provide first level support for IT issues to internal users both in-person and via email, phone, or chat.

-Setup and maintain computer equipment like desktops and laptops.

-Assist with administration of internal user accounts.

-Assist with updating and maintaining internal IT documentation.

-Work alongside the IT Manager and MSP on larger issues or outages.


Required Skills

-Excellent Customer Service and communication skills

-Willing to learn our applications and systems

-Able to work in a mixed IT/OT environment of office area and shop floor

-Ability to troubleshoot and work through complex issues

-Able to stay organized across a wide range of tasks

-Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and computers in general


Preferred Skills

-Basic understanding of computer networking

-Familiarity with using a ticket system

-Experience with Active Directory and computers in a domain environment

-Experience with Windows Server OS and virtualization (vmware, Hyper-V, etc)

-Experience with ERP software

-At least 1-2 years of relevant school or work experience


Reports to: IT manager


Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:30-4
