WA First Mortgage Loan Corporation is hiring an experienced full-cycle mortgage recruiter to help us find, attract, and hire experienced mortgage professionals with a proven track record of success. You'll spearhead the recruitment process from start to finish and use multiple candidate sourcing methods in your search.

Compensation: $75,000+Bonus

Responsibilities:

Maximize outreach methods to job seekers, such as social media, open houses, job fairs, job boards, and high-volume cold calling

Manage a strong pipeline of solid relationships with top talent, and maintain contact with passive candidates and prospects that may be a match in the future

Acts as a compelling communicator and business consultant with the ability to engage the attention of highly in-demand busy Mortgage Sales Professionals and other strategic business partners.

Direct the full-cycle recruiting process (candidate sourcing, qualification evaluation, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and follow up) for the direct hire of qualified candidates

Work closely with the general manager to build and refine a recruiting process for mortgage professionals (mortgage loan officers, mortgage loan processors, underwriters, etc.)

Document detailed and accurate communication records in the applicant tracking system

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree is highly valuable - high school diploma required

Three years of experience with full-cycle recruiting

Experience as a sales manager, branch manager, or mortgage loan officer in the mortgage industry, real estate, or financial services industries

Exceptional interpersonal skills, time management, and communication skills

A highly competitive and self-starter mentality

Comfortable with Applicant Pro, MS Office, Google Suite, and social media tools

Recent knowledge of human resource policies, hiring best practices, EEO and affirmative action policies and guidelines

Proven track-record of success.
