TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking to fill a Team Lead position in Osceola, Wisconsin.

Full-Time, 1st Shift, Benefits.

The Team Lead position will ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality services and support while adhering to company and customer guidelines.


May Report to Site Manager / Site Supervisor / Sr. Site Leader / Site Leader


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist Site Leaders or Sr. Site Leaders as needed.
  • Train and develop team of inspectors.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team of inspectors.
  • Validate adherence to process (ie: audits).
  • Communicate changes in projects and work instructions to inspectors.
  • Document and report non-conformances to Site Leader/Supervisor.
  • Make independent judgments for subjective scenarios according to project needs.
  • Troubleshoot and problem solve with the Site Lead/ Supervisor, for issues pertaining to process flow, new criteria, spikes/spills.
  • Manage material movements using inventory management tools (ie: scanners) as needed.
  • Maintain a positive and productive atmosphere with site personnel.
  • Foster and maintain client relationship & business development.
  • Daily communication with various stakeholders at the site level.
  • Work as an inspector when required.
  • Comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies.
  • Comply with all TRIGO and site-specific customer policies.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT:

  • Facilitate communication of information within and between workgroups.
  • Assist in maintaining a 5S/6S working environment.

TECHNICAL:

  • Collect and maintain company reports and data.
  • Utilize company web portals to record required audits and documentation.

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS, COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE:

  • Computer skills Microsoft Office (basic Microsoft Excel proficiency) and Outlook.
  • Proficient in the use of various gauges and measuring devices.
  • Forklift experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated flexibility within a fast-paced challenging environment.
  • Ability to take initiative and handle highly sensitive and confidential material.
  • May require the ability to travel on a flexible schedule as needed for variable lengths of time and distances.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of materials and production processes.
  • Basic knowledge of quality control methods.
  • 1+ year in Quality-related position preferred.
  • Demonstrate leadership ability.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • This position is located in an industrial/production environment, as such you may be exposed to the following:
  • Intermittent moving or lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Intermittent exposure to extreme cold and extreme heat.
  • In proximity to moving, mechanical parts, and machinery.
  • Exposure to electrical shock and vibration.
  • Exposure to noise level of industrial/production environment - Usually very loud.
  • Working in close proximity to customer/client.
  • Exposure to fumes, noxious odors, dusts, mists, gases, and poor ventilation.
