TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator located Seguin, TX.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and supervise the planning and execution of daily site activities to include current operations, customer requests, and new projects.
  • Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule.
  • Provide directives to team to ensure customer requirements are being met and that material flow is properly maintained.
  • Provide tracking and presentation of performance-based metrics.
  • Maintain and improve productivity and quality levels.
  • Respond to customer requests and implement customer feedback into daily operations.
  • Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
  • Maintain policies and procedures in accordance with directives from the site manager.
  • Travel is required.

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS, COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of tools, practices, and industry quality standards.
  • Demonstrated expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of databases principles and knowledge of MS Access.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management.
  • Demonstrated communication, organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated job diligence and attention to details.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication skills with the ability to successfully communicate with customers and employees.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of Lean Manufacturing, Six-Sigma, and ISO/QS/TS systems.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or industrial technology or related technical field.
  • 1‑3 years of management experience within a complex organization required.
  • Hiring and training experience preferred.
