As a Technology and Engineering Analyst, you will provide on-site and telework support in research and development, test and evaluation, prototyping, modeling and simulation, and hardware/software design for Department of Defense (DoD) customers. Candidates in their given field will work intimately with teams supporting research and analysis in microelectronics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, autonomy, energy and power, software engineering, systems engineering, networking, communication, cyber, electronic warfare, aerial/ground/naval platforms, biotechnology, and space systems. Position will provide subject matter expertise to customers in technology development, sensor-specific subsystem development, and new concept development.

Job Location: Arlington, VA

Level: Associate, Senior Associate based on years of experience.

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree desired
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience
  • Extensive expertise as a generalist or specialist in software and/or hardware engineering disciplines
  • US citizen with a minimum Secret clearance and the ability to obtain TS/SCI access

Responsibilities include:

  • Develops and executes technology industrial base assessments to identify risks, issues, and opportunities to advance technology modernization priorities and maintain a healthy innovation base
  • Serves as Technical Focus Points for select technology areas related to current and emerging DOD modernization priorities, ensuring consistency and compatibility of efforts across the industrial base
  • Performs a variety of complex engineering tasks to analyze, design, or test one or more product/service areas
  • Participates on project teams and provides guidance to less advanced engineers

Relocation assistance will not be provided.

Must reside in and be willing to commute regularly within the Washington DC metropolitan area, and travel out-of-town within the US (up to 20%).
