Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Operations to ensure a deep understanding of the positions, and the requirements across all key openings.
  • Build a pipeline of candidates to fill vacancies and proposal needs.
  • Prequalify and submit a diverse slate of candidates to hiring managers for further consideration/selection for interview process.
  • Be accountable for the successful execution of end-to-end recruiting solutions for projects.
  • Identify candidates and/or job seekers using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, internet searches, social media, professional networking events, existing internal database, referrals, and more.
  • Engage passive and active candidates through cold calling and networking.
  • Conducts cold calls to passive candidates to present opportunities for critical, difficult and visible positions.
  • Run background checks and conduct high volume interviewing sessions.
  • Rehire former employees (eligibility required).
  • Act as recruiting subject matter expert to the business and advise the Hiring Manager with best practices.
  • Run language tests to determine fluency, both oral and written.
  • Consistently utilize Applicant Tracking System and LinkedIn Recruiter to log all activity.
  • Using social networking mediums (i.e., LinkedIn groups and other online forums), promotes employment brand messaging that drives traffic to job postings by establishing and cultivating positive relationships.
  • Communicates status of searches with Operations on a consistent and timely basis.
  • Manage the candidate search process by implementing external sourcing strategies and assessing candidates.
  • Develop interview protocols; accurately track applicants and candidates ensuring compliance with all applicable Federal and State employment laws.
  • Perform reference verification and facilitate a smooth transition from the recruitment process to the on-boarding process.
  • Act as an adviser to guide and direct our leadership on hiring decisions using strategic market knowledge.
  • Engage with Operations to ensure a deep understanding of the positions, and the requirements across all key openings.
  • Promote company's reputation as a "Great Place To Work".


  • Experience as a bilingual recruiter highly preferred (Spanish & English).
  • Experience with recruitment databases, HRIS, ATS, candidate sourcing tools, job sites and LinkedIn promotion tactics.
  • Familiar with social networking tools like LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
  • Experience with job boards, internal databases (ATS/CRM), employee referrals, search engine syntax.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Google Applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
  • Must be comfortable functioning in a fast paced environment, and producing results under pressure.
  • Industry knowledge and already have connections to Project Managers, Program Managers, Social Workers, Damage Assessors and Adjusters.
  • One or more of the following is preferred:
  • Boolean/ERE/AIRS training
  • Command of search automation tools, RSS and Alerts, rapid data entry, parsing tools, and desktop efficiency tools.
  • Advanced talent sourcing experience including talent mapping utilizing tools such as x-ray search, HireEZ, Seekout, or LinkedIn Recruiter
  • LinkedIn Certification
  • People Sourcing Certification: CIR, ACIR, CDR, CSSR, ECRE, PRC, TSI
