A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FRONT-OF-HOUSE TEAM MEMBER
In this barista role, you are the first person each customer sees when they come through our doors. You work in both our Canmore locations. You greet them with a smile and a positive attitude. Embracing our company culture, you promptly provide exceptional customer service, quality bagels, and refreshing beverages while maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. The buzz of a busy cafe is nothing you can't handle, and you maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume periods.
You are a true team player and help where you are needed. Whether it's washing and chopping vegetables, sanitizing dishware, or cleaning floors, bathrooms, and surface areas, you work efficiently to keep our store running smoothly. You communicate with supervisors and managers so that the food service team can respond accordingly. At the end of the day, you feel good about the customer service you have provided to our customers!

FRONT-OF-HOUSE TEAM MEMBER WORK SCHEDULE
This customer service position works between the hours of 6 am - 4 pm or 7 am - 5 pm, Monday to Sunday. Start and end times rotate weekly and may include early mornings, weekends, or holidays.
