Thanksgiving Point Employee Membership
-Will be responsible for working at the admissions desk or in the retail gift shop greeting guests & managing guest needs including, but not limited to selling admissions, rentals, memberships, photo passes, or merchandise and helping guests to have the best possible experience.
-Educating guests regarding policies and procedures.
-Responsible to promote services, venues and products at Thanksgiving Point.
-Responsible to help maintain a safe, clean and orderly environment for our team and guests,
and care for rental equipment.
-Responsible for maintaining floor displays and helping with inventory needs.
-Excellent money handling skills required and must be able to balance a till.
-Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor.
Availability: Shift hours and days required: Approx. 15-25 hours per week, Monday-Saturday, holidays and Saturdays are required. Closed Sundays. Shifts vary depending on events.
Shifts are available during school hours or after school hours.
Skill requirements: Must have a pleasant, outgoing personality with excellent guest service and communication skills while maintaining a positive attitude. Will be required to work alone as well as part of a team. Cash register/Point of sale and money handling skills are a must. Must be able to lift 30 pounds. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Education requirements: Previous guest service experience is helpful but not required.
