As an Employment Consultant you would be assisting individuals with disabilities gain independence by helping them obtain employment. This position requires an outgoing person to problem-solve creatively while working with consumers and potential employers. Job Qualifications

• Demonstration of excellent verbal and written skills
• Must be able to keep accurate documentation
• Valid driver's license needed to provide effective transportation to work sites
• Work non-standard/flexible hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Supported Employment, Social Role Valorization, and/or direct experience in development, task analysis, data collection, job analysis, and work site training
• Membership in professional, business, or community organizations is an asset

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift a minimum of 35 pounds: upper body leverage strength required
• Bending, standing, and sitting for long periods of time
