This Assistant Manager position works Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm and earns a competitive salary starting at $18 - $20/hour, plus bonuses. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASSISTANT MANAGER
As an assistant manager, you are usually one of the first points of contact for our current residents. With empathetic honesty, you welcome them to the community and provide them with all the necessary information about the community they live in. Using your excellent communication skills, you provide meaningful balance by listening carefully and providing clear answers to questions. As you work with residents, you are sure to point out all the benefits that our apartments have, and why they are a great place to call home, often utilizing your compassionate commitment to those facing difficult situations. When issues and challenges arise, you patiently help them work out a solution, always paying careful attention to detail. To ensure continuous growth, you stay up to date on all Fair Housing laws and take advantage of all learning opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ASSISTANT MANAGER
- Customer service skills
- Sales ability
- Previous apartment experience required
- Previous leasing experience required
- Accounts receivable / rent collection experience required
Bi-Lingual (Spanish) speaker required. Property management or sales experience is also required. Are you organized and able to manage time and prioritize effectively? Do you thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment? Are you dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and relate easily with people from diverse backgrounds? Do you know how to close a deal? If so, you might just be perfect for this customer service sales position!
Office hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturdays may occasionally be required.
